Alabama vs.Mississippi

  Date: 10/12/1907
  Score: 20-0
Alabama vs. Mississippi Alabama would make the short trip to Columbus to do battle with Mississippi, and sloppy special teams play on the part of Mississippi would net Bama this 20-0 win. The game was never even in doubt as Bama was able to put eight first half points on the board on a safety (a punt was blocked and recovered in the endzone) and on a fumbled punt that was recovered and returned for a touchdown by Emile Hannon. In the second half, Bama would score a pair of touchdowns on a blocked punt recovered and returned by E.D. Greene and on a short run by Raymond Sturdivant late in the game. The 1907 squad finished the season 5-1-2 for head coach J.W.H. Pollard.
