  Alabama vs. Tennessee After three wins on their home turf the Tide traveled North to Knoxville to face the Tennessee Vols and came away with the 14-7 victory. After a scoreless first quarter Victor Bradford capped an impressive 60 yard drive with a 5 yard touchdown run. Bradford scored the second touchdown as well with a 7 yard touchdown run in the third quarter to give Alabama a 14-0 lead. Tennessee attempted a comeback in the fourth quarter but it wasn't enough to derail the Tide in its undefeated regular season. The 1937 squad finished the season 9-1 as SEC champions and with a loss in the Rose Bowl for Coach Frank Thomas.
