  Alabama vs. Mississippi The University of Mississippi visited Tuscaloosa for the first time ever in October of 1900 and Alabama was victorious 12-5. Earl Drennen scored the first touchdown of the game and also kicked in the goal after. With a 6-5 lead up until the last few minutes of the game Alabama scored its second touchdown with a run by Arthur Stewart and Earl Drennen kicked the goal giving Bama the victory. The 1900 Alabama squad finished the season 2-3 for coach M. Griffin.
