  Alabama vs. Chattanooga The I-AA Moccasins were able to score first in this contest, but they would not score again as the Tide would cruise to a 53-7 victory. In the first, Bama would score on a 30 yard Siran Stacy touchdown run. In the second, the Tide would score on a 26 yard Hamp Greene field goal, on a 1 yard Stacy touchdown run, and on a 98 yard Mark McMillian interception returned for a touchdown (this is the longest interception return in Alabama history). In the third, the Tide would score touchdowns on a 10 yard Kevin Turner run and on a 1 yard pass from Danny Woodson to Steve Busky. In the fourth, Bama would score on an Andre Royal safety, on a 13 yard Sherman Williams touchdown run, and on a 62 yard Irving Spikes touchdown run. The 1991 squad finished with a record of 11-1 and with a victory in the Blockbuster Bowl for coach Gene Stallings.
