Alabama vs.LSU

  Date: 11/9/1903
  Score: 18-0
Alabama vs. LSU Alabama notched just its second win of the season against the LSU Tigers with this 18-0 win. The score probably would have been a whole lot larger had the Alabama offense not fumbled as much as they did. J.R. Peavy got the game going for Bama with a 20 yard touchdown run. Then running a "quarterback kick" play W.S. Sherill scored when the LSU defender couldn't handle the kick and he recovered and ran it into the endzone. Truman Smith added the final touchdown late in the game on a 65 yard fake kick run. The 1903 squad finished the season 3-4 for coach W.B. Blount in his first season at Alabama.
