  Alabama vs. Vanderbilt Coming off a 10-0 shut out of Georgia, there was no letdown for the Tide, and they easily defeated Vandy 48-17. In the first, Bama would score touchdowns on a 27 yard pass from Danny Woodson to David Palmer and on a 7 yard Kevin Turner run. In the second, Palmer would visit the end zone on a 56 yard punt return for a touchdown. In the third, the Tide would score a pair of touchdowns on an 8 yard Siran Stacy run and on a 1 yard Irving Spikes run. In the fourth, Bama would score a pair of touchdowns again on a 19 yard Derrick Lassic run and on a 5 yard Sherman Williams run. For the game, Stacy would rush for 180 yards and Palmer would have 212 all-purpose yards. The 1991 squad finished with a record of 11-1 and with a victory in the Blockbuster Bowl for coach Gene Stallings.
